Job Description
Touch Up/Rework Assembler
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience and knowledge of PCBA, electronic sub assemblies & system integration
- Must be able to read and understanding the color code and components ID.
- Ability to work under microscope when require.
Education and Experience:
- Manual dexterity skills.
- PCBA experience
- Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
- 4+ of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
- Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
- Be able to work during weekend & flexibility time if need.
Pay rate: $24.03 - $26.44 hourly
Mechanical Assembler
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
1) Must apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
2) Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
3) Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
4) Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) in English.
5) Must have a minimum of 2+ yrs. experience in a high volume Assembly manufacturing environment.
6) Must able to do mechanical assembly.
Education and Experience:
1) Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr. /wk.
2) Must be able to read and understand English.
3) Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
4) Must be able to properly use manufacturing equipment.

Job Title: Production Test Technician
Job Purpose:
Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Per sub assembly and system level functional test and debug to component level. Be able to troubleshooting rejected analog and digital assemblies down to component level. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

2+ years manufacturing electronic test technician experience
Responsible for performing production and field service returns testing and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated detailed root cause analysis troubleshooting skills.
The ability to evaluate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical instruments.
This position requires skills for general assembly and disassembly of electronic equipment using basic hand tools.
Requires the ability to interpret schematics and drawings, perform modifications and accomplish rework to new and used sub-assemblies and systems.
Temp AOI Programmer
Responsible for developing and maintaining programs for SMT AOI Equipment.Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:Create and maintain Programs for AOI machines using Factory logix software. Monitors equipment lines to ensure proper program performance, process efficiency, and ongoing quality. Works with production, engineering and machine operators to maintain equipment and to ensure efficient operation of work centers to meet production schedules. Performs customer specified modifications to programs (ECOs). Troubleshoots programs / equipment problems and fault correctionsEducation and Experience:1) Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting the SMT team2) Ability to program AOI machines is required; the ability to work on Saki and Yestech machines is a plus.
3) Experience reading and interpreting cad file
4) Must be able to read, write and understand English.
5) Must have basic understanding of Electrical assemblies
6) Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to the minimum 40 hr./wk
