Job Summary

Our client is doing business as Victory Sweepers and Autotec Technology Inc., in the business of auto products and EV vehicles, are based in Huntsville, Alabama, USA, and are part of the Group of Companies a diversified global enterprise with leadership across industrial cleaning solutions, automotive components, precision engineering, and cast products. The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end quality excellence across the organization from supplier quality and in-process controls to final product validation, customer complaints, warranty management, and compliance with all applicable product, safety, and workplace standards. The role also leads continuous improvement initiatives across operations, ensuring a culture of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end quality management across incoming materials, in-process controls, and outgoing product inspection.
  • Manage supplier quality, including inspections, rejection analysis, and coordination with suppliers and the Purchase team.
  • Oversee assembly quality data, defect monitoring, calibration schedules, and quality documentation.
  • Ensure product compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive workplace safety programs, audits, incident investigations, and adherence to OSHA/state safety requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies to enhance quality and safety at the workplace.
  • ISO system management and compliance for facility.
  • Manage customer complaints, warranty cases, and field quality issues in collaboration with the relevant functions and stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality systems, internal audits, and documentation to support organizational and regulatory compliance.
  • Support engineering teams in validating new products qualifications, new features, design changes, and product improvements.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans).
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership of end-to-end quality and workplace safety.

Preferred Skills

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience
  • 7 12 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, workplace safety programs, product compliance, and certification processes.
