Join a dynamic new department focused on reclaiming stacks from the field, repairing them, and ensuring they are ready for customer use. You will be part of a meticulous process that involves inspecting, cleaning, and assembling various components to ensure quality and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Receive and visually inspect faulty stacks returned from the field.
- Carefully unpack all packaging materials to avoid further damage.
- Remove metal fuel hoses using hand tools without damaging the core.
- Disassemble stack components and clean them using brushes and tools.
- Count cleaned parts and prepare them for transfer to the second building.
- In Station 1, lift manifolds using cranes or lifts and conduct leak tests.
- Insert seal sheets and cure manifolds following detailed process sheets.
- In Station 2, manually assemble sub stacks and compress them using pressure plates.
- Perform quality checks in Station 3 to ensure stack stability and seal edges.
- In Station 4, conduct electrical, hydro, and leak tests, monitor data outputs, and prepare stacks for shipping.
- 1+ years experience in a manufacturing field.
- Experience with automotive mechanics and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability to different work locations and tasks.
- Forklift experience.
- Overhead crane experience.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.

Work Environment
The facility offers a clean, well-lit, and quiet working environment. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and other protective equipment as needed. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.50/hr.
