Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and cost tracking to help improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports on production, labor, and waste
• Analyze data to track efficiency, downtime, and performance trends
• Support month-end reporting and budget vs. actual analysis
• Review inventory and production variances
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with operations and finance teams

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis or finance
• Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills
