Patient Coordinator & Surgical Concierge

Overview:

A private aesthetic surgical practice on the Eastside is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join a growing luxury cosmetic practice focused on elective procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, high-touch environment and understands how to guide patients through an elevated consultation and surgical experience with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

The right candidate is organized, emotionally intelligent, confident discussing treatment plans and pricing, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced elective practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from inquiry through post-operative care
• Manage consultations, scheduling, surgical coordination, and follow-up communication
• Present treatment plans and financial information clearly and professionally
• Maintain an organized surgical calendar and ensure smooth day-to-day flow
• Support a high-end patient experience with exceptional communication and responsiveness
• Assist with patient education, documentation, and general office operations
• Collaborate closely with the surgeon and clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Assist in local anesthesia cases

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, plastics, oral surgery, or concierge medicine
• Strong scheduling and coordination background in a private-pay setting
• Experience discussing elective treatment pricing and financing options
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality
• Comfortable handling high-expectation clientele in a boutique environment
