Cooking Help And Cleanup Help

I am looking for help from 4-7 or 5-8 a few days a week so that when my kids go to sleep all dishes are done and the main living area is tidy. We would love this person to be comfortable with cooking and helping prepare family dinner. I will be there with my kids, I just need someone's help with food prep and cleanup for the night.
