Join a highly collaborative Medical-Surgical Telemetry team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 4-week assignment at a Critical Access Hospital. This position provides care to a diverse patient population including medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, urology, ENT, gynecology, general surgery, and progressive care patients. Nurses are expected to function as critical thinkers, team leaders, and patient advocates while providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment supported by 24/7 hospitalist, laboratory, respiratory, and radiology services.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
\nPrior travel experience required
\nCharge Nurse experience required
\nInsulin drip management experience required
\nCardiac drip management experience required
\nProgressive Care experience preferred
\nEpic experience within the past 2 years required
\nActive AHA BLS Certification required
\nActive AHA ACLS Certification required
\nNIHSS Certification required prior to start
\nStrong telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills required
\nAbility to care for progressive care patients within scope of practice required
\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills required
\nReliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
