  • Drive project planning, sprint management, and operational excellence for Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Decision Scientists to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Experience operating within Agile and Scrum development environments.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.

  • Experience working within large-scale technology organizations or Big Tech environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, GSD, and Agile project management tooling.
  • Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics organizations.

  • Demonstrated understanding of responsible AI practices, including quality review, risk assessment, and operational governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Operates effectively with limited direction and high ambiguity.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrates a bias for action and accountability.
  • Excellent communicator capable of aligning technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across multiple competing priorities.
  • Focused on measurable business outcomes rather than task completion alone.

What Success Looks Like
  • Programs are delivered on time with clear stakeholder alignment and transparency.
  • Roadmaps remain current, prioritized, and accurately communicated.
  • Risks and blockers are identified and mitigated before impacting delivery.
  • Sprint ceremonies are effectively managed and drive team productivity.
