POSITION SUMMARY:
The Agri Line Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, preparing and filling customer or internal orders, and supporting daily manufacturing or agricultural processing operations. This role ensures products are produced, packaged, and staged accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate agricultural production, blending, bagging, packaging, or processing equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Fill, pull, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor production lines and equipment to ensure proper operation, product quality, and output efficiency.
- Measure, weigh, label, and package products according to work orders, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Load raw materials into equipment and remove finished product from production lines for storage or shipment.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to maintain smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records, order documentation, inventory usage, and completed work logs.
- Inspect finished products for quality, quantity, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and team members to meet daily production schedules and order deadlines.
- Assist with inventory control, material handling, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Keep production, packaging, and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, quality control, equipment operation, and workplace procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous forklift experience is essential
- Previous experience in manufacturing, agricultural production, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or machine operation preferred.
- Ability to operate production or packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filling orders and recording production information.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing product.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and finished products with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily output goals.
- Experience in agricultural processing, feed production, seed handling, grain operations, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and production reporting.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is an agricultural manufacturing and production environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. There will be exposure to dust, machinery, noise, and varying temperatures depending on facility operations.
