About this job
The Carcierge™ is the face of Go Rentals — a guest-facing luxury hospitality role responsible for delivering five-star, personalized service at every touchpoint of the rental journey. Operating from premier airport, FBO, hotel, and resort locations across the country, this position serves as the trusted point of contact for high-net-worth guests, traveling executives, and aviation partners, ensuring every interaction reflects Go Rentals’ commitment to elevated guest experiences, refined attention to detail, and seamless luxury service.
Beyond guest service, the Carcierge™ supports the full rental lifecycle — accurately managing contracts, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, coordinating ramp-side deliveries, and upholding the impeccable presentation standards that distinguish the Go Rentals fleet. The role
also contributes to local revenue growth by cultivating partnerships with FBO staff, concierges, hoteliers, and corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and championing the Go Rentals brand within the local luxury travel community.
The ideal candidate brings a refined hospitality mindset, a polished and professional presence, and a genuine passion for anticipating guest needs. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, take pride in operational excellence, and represent the Go Rentals brand with discretion, warmth, and confidence.
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and
responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
The outline below is representative of some responsibilities:

• Maintain composure and polish during peak demand, VIP arrivals, and time-sensitive rampside
handoffs.
Rental Operations & Vehicle Presentation
• Open and close rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper
