Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Assess patient status, develop therapy plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress toward goals.
- Document patient care, communicate findings with the care team, and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers to support ongoing therapy and functional improvement.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy license in California.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in an inpatient/acute care setting and participate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in patient documentation.
- Eligible to participate in travel assignments and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
