Shift & Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $61.00/hr - $71.15/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Inpatient/Outpatient for an exciting Contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, NE.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.

• Perform cognitive and communication assessments for a variety of neurological and medical conditions.

• Conduct swallowing evaluations and provide dysphagia management and treatment.

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain timely records within Cerner EMR.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and ongoing therapy needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist License required.

• ASHA Certification required.

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.

• Ability to evaluate and treat patients with neurological, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility as required by state regulations.

• Less than 1 year of experience accepted.

• New graduates with required licensure and certifications are encouraged to apply.
