Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist, you'll contribute to our success by providing high-quality care in patients' homes. Responsibilities include evaluating functional needs and outcomes, designing and implementing care plans, conducting therapy practices within defined standards of care, and directing support staff to achieve patient goals. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation and promoting physical therapy in the community.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
• Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, current auto insurance
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
