Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiology / Cardiology / Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality radiation therapy services in a hospital-based setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed radiation treatments, utilizing advanced treatment technologies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocols.
• Position patients accurately and verify treatment parameters prior to treatment delivery.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment and imaging systems safely and effectively.
• Perform imaging procedures to support treatment localization and verification.
• Monitor patient condition during treatment and provide compassionate patient care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow radiation safety standards and departmental policies.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience required.
• Previous travel experience preferred.

Certifications

• ARRT (T) Certification required.
• BLS Certification required.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Varian TrueBeam systems.
• Experience with CT Simulation procedures.
• Familiarity with AlignRT/Vision RT technologies.
• Experience with Cone Beam CT (CBCT) imaging.
• Knowledge of Triggered Imaging techniques.
