We’re seeking a passionate, people-centered Team Lead to support our Early Head Start (EHS) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, engaging with the community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the Early Head Start program at your location
- Supervise, coach, and support program staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community partners
- Participate in outreach and community engagement efforts
- Ensure program compliance, quality standards, and accurate data tracking
- Promote inclusive, culturally responsive services
Qualifications
Education: CDA or higher degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study
Experience:
- 1+ year of supervisory experience required
- Background in early childhood, maternal-child health, or family services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse communities
