Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney

Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced attorney to join thier Corporate and Securities team as a Private Equity M&A attorney in St. Louis. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to advise on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
- Strong technical skills and experience with deal negotiation and documentation
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Missouri (or eligible for admission)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies
- Familiarity with deal structures, financing, and regulatory issues
- Experience working on cross-border transactions
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
