Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days assisting customers with loaner vehicle arrangements.
• You'll ensure that all loaner vehicles are clean and ready for customer use.
• You'll manage the loaner vehicle inventory and keep accurate records.
• You'll communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to coordinate loaner needs.
• You'll handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loaner vehicles.

Requirements:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Previous customer service experience.
• Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry.
• Preferred: Familiarity with loaner vehicle processes.
