 Responsibilities:

• You will analyze credit applications and make recommendations based on your expertise.
• You'll prepare and present financing options to customers, guiding them through the process with clarity and professionalism.
• You will ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and dealership operations.
• You'll maintain relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options available.
• You will train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements: 

• Required: Proven experience as a finance manager in an automotive dealership
• Required: Strong menu presentation and closing skills
• Required: Track record of achieving high PVR and product penetration
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Strong understanding of compliance and lender guidelines
• Preferred: Experience with dealership management software.
• Preferred: Relevant finance certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
