is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll help customers schedule service appointments, answer questions, follow up on service needs, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you enjoy helping people, communicating by phone and email, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Previous dealership experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service-related questions
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance needs and upcoming service visits
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
- Reschedule missed appointments and help maintain a full service schedule
- Update customer records and appointment information
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, reception, front desk, hospitality, retail, office support, administrative assistance, or automotive BDC is preferred but not required; we will train motivated candidates!
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
