Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Assist with mobility, including helping the patient move between rooms and safely transition from sitting to standing. * Provide support when walking the patient to and from the restroom. * Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing as needed. * Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support during recovery. * Monitor the patient's comfort and communicate any concerns to family members. * Encourage adherence to physician-recommended recovery activities and routines. * Help maintain a safe environment to reduce fall risks.
