Take him to a hair cut appointment, to the park for a walk and sunshine, keep him engaged and busy while you have him out and about. You must have a reliable car, insurance, clean driving record. About the care needs: Just be able to have a conversation with him, even if at times it isn't making total sense. Be kind and know how to redirect if necessary, etc. Services needed include: companionship.
