Home Health Aide Needed

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Fleming Island. Cleaning and occasional laundry would be involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties may include occasional transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). She is able to bathe but wants someone in the apartment during those times for safety concerns. She is 79 years old and requires use of a walker. She is an inside smoker. Having someone who will encourage her to incorporate movement would be helpful.
