About who needs care: Ideally 11- 4 schedule. Some lunch prep and grocery pick up. Some housecleaning and laundry About the care needs: Some one who can stay on task and get the work done even though my MIL likes to talk. Someone who finds extra things to do on their own and can get things done. A hard worker Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
