Pay: Commission pay ($40,000 - $85,000+ annually)

Core Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Client Development: Generate and qualify buyer and seller prospects through warm referral networks, Zillow leads, Facebook campaigns, expired listings, and personal outreach.
Property Showings & Client Consultations: Conduct professional property tours and initial consultations, guided by scripts and frameworks from Breakthrough120.
Coaching & Training Participation: Attend Breakthrough120 sessions, weekly coaching, scripted practice, and monthly meetings as the core framework for your development.
Transaction Management & Learning: Execute transactions under coaching supervision, coordinate with our Transaction Coordinator, and continually refine your process based on feedback.
Compensation details: 40000-85000 Yearly Salary
