Transport Coordinator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join their team. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving functions within the warehouse.
• Accurately enter and retrieve data from computer systems such as MAPICS and LIMS.
• Facilitate raw materials for research and development use.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in the absence of the warehouse supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and GMP standards while maintaining a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Good working knowledge of math and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems (MAPICS, Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Minimum of 2-3 years warehousing experience, including forklift operation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing work schedules.
