Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team.
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the warehouse operations team with daily inbound and outbound functions. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities that align with the organization’s needs.
Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Mile 9
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Schedule:
Mon–Tue–Fri: 2 PM – 11 PM
Sat–Sun: 9 AM – 6 PM
Wed–Thu: OFF
- Perform inbound data entry for daily warehouse activity
- Consolidate information for outbound shipments
- Generate Bills of Lading for domestic loads (transloads or consolidated shipments)
- Provide customer service support as needed
- Assist with various administrative and warehouse coordination tasks
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong initiative and self‑motivation
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Experience in customer service or warehouse coordination preferred
- Weekly pay
