Human Resources Specialist - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Human Resources Team Relations Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Team Relations Specialist, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee relations and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, investigative abilities, and professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Team Relations Specialist

Location: Ellabell, GA

Pay Range: $65000 - $70000

Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Handle employee relations issues related to attendance, conduct, and performance
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions
• Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys to foster a positive work environment
• Advise managers on discipline, conflict resolution, and HR best practices
• Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC

What's Needed?

• 2–7 years of HR or employee relations experience
• Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Relevant credentials such as 100042, 100012, 100100
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
