What You'll Do
We are seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Residential Facility in Jackson, NJ. Key responsibilities include supervising personal assistant staff, managing client and staff schedules, and providing on-call support for our 6 residents with physical and multiple developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. Experience with DDD Population. New college grads welcome. Valid NJ driver's license required. Sign-on Bonus- $1,000
