Important: This is a Tuesday - Saturday 7AM - 4PM (Additional hours may be required depending on business needs)

We would like to hire a person with these same ideals for a position as a Cool Guy Warehouse & Facilities Assistant.
Overview
The Warehouse Assistant & Facilities Assistant is a multi-functional, hybrid role responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, transporting goods and units, and performing general maintenance tasks across the companys warehouse and office spaces. Your attention to detail, reliability, excellent driving skills, and proactive attitude will contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inventory deliveries; inspect inbound shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Unload trucks and safely store incoming stock and materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (keeping aisles clear, organizing shelves, and disposing of waste).
- Safely drive company vehicles to collect inventory, parts, and materials from vendors and suppliers.
- Deliver or pickup equipment and materials, and move, transfer, or transport company units/vehicles between different locations as required.
- Maintain team vans with equipment and materials for daily jobs, and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and adhere to all traffic safety regulations.
- Perform occasional light maintenance and repairs in both the warehouse and corporate offices (e.g., minor plumbing, fixing fixtures, patch/paint, furniture assembly).
- Perform basic Janitorial duties.
- Identify and resolve potential safety hazards around the facility to maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Any other assigned duties directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker, delivery driver, or facilities maintenance technician.
- Valid drivers license with an Insurable Driving Record (Commercial Drivers License / CDL is a plus depending on vehicle size).
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
- Basic proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general building maintenance (experience operating a forklift is a plus).
- Ability to work outdoors in the Phoenix Metro Area Climate.
- Know how to efficiently use a cellphone and/or computer for productivity.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the reliability to work independently with minimal supervision.
