Positive Pathways ABA is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic and supportive team located within an established early childhood learning center.

Client Population
Children with developmental and behavioral needs, including communication delays, social skill development, and early intervention support within a familiar school setting.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs
- Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure optimal support and client outcomes
- Collaborate with staff and families to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust programming as necessary to ensure optimal growth and development
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and adhere to relevant compliance standards
Requirements
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Passion for early intervention and working with young children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- BCBA certification (required)
Nice To Haves
We are also seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in ABA therapy and early intervention
- Knowledge of BCBA ethics and standards
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing and compliance
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
