Positive Pathways ABA is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic and supportive team located within an established early childhood learning center.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs
  • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure optimal support and client outcomes
  • Collaborate with staff and families to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients
  • Regularly monitor client progress and adjust programming as necessary to ensure optimal growth and development
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and adhere to relevant compliance standards


Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for early intervention and working with young children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • BCBA certification (required)


Nice To Haves

We are also seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in ABA therapy and early intervention
  • Knowledge of BCBA ethics and standards
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing and compliance
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
