Director of Quality & Risk Management
Black River Health – Black River Falls, WI Full-time • Monday–Friday • Day Shift

Black River Health is seeking an experienced Director of Quality & Risk Management to lead our quality, patient safety, and regulatory programs.
The perfect candidate will have 3+ years of direct hospital‑based quality leadership (5 years preferred) and a passion for driving systemwide improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive QAPI strategy and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee risk management and patient safety programs
- Maintain accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
- Develop and deliver training for staff and providers
- Lead key committees focused on safety and regulatory excellence
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
- 3+ years direct hospital‑based quality leadership (5+ preferred)
- Preferred certifications: CPHQ, CMQ, CPHRM
- Strong project management and communication skills
