Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Compensation

Pay Rate: $30.00 per Hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support in a healthcare setting. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Support

• Assist patients/residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with feeding and encourage proper hydration and nutrition.
• Provide incontinent care while maintaining patient dignity and comfort.
• Make beds and maintain clean, safe, and organized patient rooms.

Clinical Support

• Measure and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and oxygen saturation.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transportation as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection control procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards of care.

Required QualificationsEducation

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Excellent observation and reporting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
