Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Greet and welcome customers, establishing a positive and professional rapport.

Answer customer calls using the customer service skills taught in our required phone training program.

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.

Clearly communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.

Document and convey customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to the technical team.

Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.

Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Keep customers informed of the progress and any changes to the repair plan.

Explain technical details clearly and understandably to customers.

Provide information on preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle services.

Present basic scheduled maintenance at the time of write up.

All other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 years experience as a service advisor in an automotive repair setting is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and invoicing.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excels in a team-oriented work environment.

An ideal candidate seeking this position should have verifiable work history as an automotive service advisor with proven performance.

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
