Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and articulate Communications Representative to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and promotional communication efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and representing an organization in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating communication efforts for events and programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from customer interactions and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging.
• Represent the organization professionally during events and outreach activities.
• Assist with preparation of communication materials and support documentation.
