The Opportunity

You will take hands-on ownership of high-quality concrete placement and finishing for vital federal and government infrastructure projects. You will travel to diverse locations, expanding your skill set from flatwork to complex wall structures.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Place, spread, and smooth concrete for diverse structural applications including flatwork, foundations, and walls.
• Utilize specialized hand tools and power equipment to achieve precise, specification-compliant surface finishes.
• Monitor concrete curing conditions continuously to prevent defects and ensure long-term structural integrity.
• Set up, align, and secure concrete forms safely in strict accordance with project engineering plans.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to maintain clean, hazard-free, and highly efficient outdoor jobsites.
• Adhere strictly to federal safety regulations and project-specific guidelines on every government work site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to place and finish concrete structures efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to various national project sites.
• Physical capability to perform strenuous manual labor in diverse outdoor environments and weather conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining strict on-site safety practices and a collaborative team attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of related work experience specifically within general construction or concrete finishing.
• Prior experience executing concrete work on federal or government contract locations.
