HWY 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries – Morehead City, NC

HWY 55 Morehead City is hiring experienced Servers and Cooks who are looking for consistent hours, long-term employment, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions.
We are building a team of reliable, hard-working individuals who want approximately 30+ hours per week and have open availability throughout the year. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing great food and service, we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
Server Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service.
- Take accurate orders and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Create a positive experience for every guest.
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to HWY 55 standards.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Keep stations stocked, clean, and organized.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
