Schedule: M-F: 8:30A -5:00P

Location: Montclair, CA

Position Summary:

The Jewelry Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing jewelry products for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and a commitment to quality and accuracy

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick jewelry items and accessories according to customer orders and packing slips.

• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions for accuracy.

• Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packing.

• Pack merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipment.

• Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.

• Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or order sheets to track inventory and orders.

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming merchandise.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.

• Experience handling small products or jewelry is a plus.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.

• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands for handling small items.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
