Your New Role
Location: Grass Valley, CA
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Perform installation, service, maintenance, and startup procedures for heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems
Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform repairs when necessary
Coordinate job site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
Utilize ServiceTitan mobile software to manage documentation and workflow
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, services performed, and customer interactions
Communicate technical information and recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installation services
Stay current on HVAC industry trends, equipment, and emerging technologies
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of lead HVAC installation experience required
Technical school certification in HVAC technology preferred
EPA 608 Certification preferred (training available if needed)
Valid driver's license
ServiceTitan experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation specifications
Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed
Ability to travel throughout the service territory
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
