Floor Manager Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations
• Staffing and managing all associates day to day
• Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
• Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
• Assists with Floor Supervisors and Stockers to ensure shelves are stocked
• Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations

Floor Manager Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in large food warehouse retail
• Positive leadership with a people first mentality
• Growth and succession mindset
• Warehouse management experience required
