We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals for our Registered Representative Training Program. No prior financial services experience is required. We provide the paid training, mentorship, and study resources you need to pass your FINRA exams and build a thriving financial advisory career. This role supplies a Base pay plus bonus opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full-time study curriculum for mandatory licensing exams.
• Pass the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
• Pass the Series (6, 63 and 65) exams.
• Shadow senior wealth managers to learn financial planning strategies.
• Learn client acquisition, relationship management, and sales techniques.
• Conduct market research and build comprehensive financial profiles.
• Adhere strictly to FINRA, SEC, and internal compliance regulation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated work ethic.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background, credit, and criminal checks.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States permanently
• Educational background: Associate degree or better.
• Technical proficiency: Mastery of wealth CRM platforms and portfolio accounting software.
