CANNABIS PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES – ENTRY LEVEL – $17.30–$18.30/HR

Work Location: Barry, IL (25 min from Quincy, IL)

Pay: $17.30 – $18.30 per hour
Schedule: FULL-TIME | 4-DAY WORK WEEK AVAILABLE

We are hiring Cultivation and Packaging Associates for a large, established cannabis production facility in Barry, Illinois. This is an entry-level role with paid training and long-term growth opportunities.

PACKAGING ASSOCIATE
Pay: $17.30/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Packaging finished products
• Labeling and boxing items
• General production line work
• Material handling and organization
• Maintaining clean work areas

CULTIVATION ASSOCIATE
Pay: $18.30/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Plant care (watering, trimming, monitoring)
• Supporting harvest and cultivation tasks
• Maintaining grow room cleanliness
• Following standard operating procedures

LABELING ASSOCIATE
Pay: $17.30/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurate product labeling
• Quality control checks
• Verifying compliance information
• Supporting production flow

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21+
• Valid driver’s license
• Social Security card
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation to Barry, IL
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks
