Maintenance Technician

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, robotic, and automated systems to keep production running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and automated production cells.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• Complete welding, fabrication, and equipment repair as needed.
• Install, move, and align manufacturing equipment.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Technical school, vocational training, or related education preferred.
