  • Experience in architectural metals, signage, millwork, glass, stone, countertops, or custom fabrication environments.
  • Forklift, aerial lift, or OSHA certifications.
  • Welding, machining, or advanced fabrication experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions when required.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise fabrication and installation crews on job sites and in the shop.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install custom products according to project requirements.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify installation readiness.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members on fabrication techniques and installation procedures.
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, material usage records, and progress reports.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Perform final inspections and ensure project completion on schedule.
Qualifications
  • supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • fabrication and installation experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
