Outreach Coordinator
North Delta PDD is a regional economic and community development company. Our offices opened in 1967.
We are seeking a full-time Outreach Coordinator in our Area Agency on Aging (AAA) division. The position is located in our BATESVILLE, Mississippi office. The AAA division provides services such as home delivered meals, homemaker services, transportation, and other services to the elderly population in our seven-county district.
Duties include:
- Maintaining a client tracking program.
- Scheduling in-home visits to complete assessments.
- Completing and recording client screening forms.
- Providing training to our service providers.
- Completing monthly reports and maintaining accurate client data.
- Preparing daily activity schedule.
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
- Participating in health fairs.
Position requires a degree in Social Work with at least two (2) years of full-time experience. A Mississippi Social Worker license is preferred.
