We are seeking a motivated and personable Life Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position combines relationship-based sales with exceptional customer service, helping clients protect their families and financial futures through life insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and enjoys building long-term relationships while assisting clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and insurance needs. Insurance experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right individual who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
