Job Description
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and goal-driven individuals to join our Appointment Setting team.
If you have strong English-Spanish skills, enjoy connecting with people, and have phone sales experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Communicate the value of our services clearly.
• Manage leads and update information in our CRM.
• Meet daily performance and booking goals.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of call center/sales experience.
• Strong phone skills and ability to handle objections.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM and data entry.
