Strander Operator

What You'll Do

✔ Set up, operate, and monitor multiple strander lines
✔ Load and handle copper reels and control leads (up to 50 lbs.)
✔ Operate a forklift to safely transport materials throughout the facility
✔ Break down large copper reels into production-ready spools
✔ Re-spool control leads from 30-inch reels onto 9-inch spools
✔ Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
✔ Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

✅ Dependable with a strong work ethic
✅ Safety-first mindset
✅ Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
✅ Manufacturing or cable production experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate!
✅ Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
✅ Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
