In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading/unloading truck, Setting up AV for stage, Stage build, Steel Build, Production Build

A C-wrench and multi-tool must be on the shift.

Duties

• Safely load and unload stage equipment, scenery, props, and costumes with precision and care
• Organize and store stage materials in designated areas to facilitate quick access during performances
• Assist with setting up and dismantling stage setups according to production specifications
• Communicate effectively with stage crew, performers, and technical staff to coordinate timing and logistics
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all staging areas to prevent accidents or damage
• Support the transportation of heavy or delicate items, ensuring proper handling at all times

Qualifications

• Strong physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting performers
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately during setup and teardown processes
• Basic writing skills for completing logs, reports, or inventory records
• Public speaking skills can enhance your ability to coordinate with team members effectively
