Mechanical Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, improving maintenance efficiency, and enhancing people productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB).

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and comply with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
• Participate in the continuous improvement culture and initiatives to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with prior hands-on experience in any industry.
• Experience working with tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., construction, mechanic roles, military).
• Proficiency using basic and pneumatic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with hydraulic systems and pressurized equipment.
• Oil & gas or related industry experience.
• Inspection experience (e.g., NDE inspector background).

Strong preference for candidates local to Minot, ND.
