Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks for a temporary project in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying confidential information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Enter confidential data accurately and efficiently into company systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working within established deadlines.
• Use an external mouse for data entry (touchscreen-only navigation is not suitable for this position).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data entry role required.
• Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
• Strong 10-key data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
